I live with my boyfriend, and his 7 year old son stays with us every other week. Problem is, he's always seemed to be lacking in manners and it just seems to be getting worse as we get older. We go out to a Mexican restaurant and he screams "these chips are DISGUSTING!" If someone gives him a gift that he doesn't like he'll roll his eyes, make a face, and drop it on the floor. The other day, his father tells him he needs a moment to speak with me, and he walks out of the room saying "I HATE her, she ruins everything!" It's really starting to piss me off. If I'm eating something he wants, he'll grab it or demand it, and if his father tells him no, he screams that I "never share" (not true, I actually buy most of the food for the house). The father tries to coo at him into behaving, but he never listens and is never disciplined. I'm going crazy and just might snap at him myself soon. Help!!

Furthermore, this article claims that Josephus the Historian wrote about the burial of King Herod, describing its location (the tomb was recently found.) However, Josephus was not born until 37 AD - a full 41 years AFTER the death of Herod...


So, it appears that Josephus was into embellishing the truth - at least he was never an eyewitness to this burial. And, it appears that King Herod was not responsible for the Biblical slaughter of new born males sons either...

So, please let me know what Im taking out of context with these HISTORICAL FACTS.

My brother's 2000 Passat V6 model emblem fell off this morning. It's the emblem on the rear trunk door. Apparently, the glue might have worn off.

Hey , My new PC just arrived however the Hard Drive is EMPTY lol ... yeah no OS or anything on it yet . It's SATA II . I tried installing windows XP PRO but it keeps telling me "Please insert a bootable disk and press any key to continue" , my initial thoughts were that the disk was faulty however it does work on my Other PC (This one im using now) . This PC is similar , and has the SAME hard drive . What i really want is for that PC to have an exact copy of this hard drive im using now . Any ideas ??? i dont have norton ghost

My 3 year old doesn't seem to understand(or want to understand) that I am having another baby and that he can't rough house with me the way he used too. I have tried the baby in Mommy's belly talk but he either doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand and continues to try to jump into my lap or sit on my belly while I am trying to lay down for a moment. I have tried telling him that he is hurting me but it doesn't stop him. Not even a time out helps. How can I help understand that this is not okay and that there is a baby in there that he could hurt too? Are there any good movies or books that could help?

Evolution we can back up, however its hard to back up the bible facts. Todays technologhy did not exist back when the bible was written, thefore people can't say that believing in evolution is a "sin". I do believe in God, however I believe in evolution, and I also believe in sins. So I'm not putting down the bible in any way. I just want an answer to why people wont believe in evolution. eventhough the monkey is very similar to us humans.

I was in the process of getting the title for my car so i could junk it. The problem is that it was towed today and now sits in an impound collecting a $50 a day charge. The state (ca) cannot get me a real title for 60 days so i cannot sign over the title to the tow company. So the car is going to sit there for 30 days then they (tow company) will sell it at auction. Whats going to happen to me as far as fees? Will the tow company come after me? Should i pay the current fines and have them tow it back to my house until i get the title?

Hi all,
My friend's mother passed away on Friday. The visitation is being held tomorrow evening...at the same time as my husband's monthly association meeting. He is not allowed to bring kids to his meeting, which means I am stuck with them tomorrow night (my kids are 7, 5, & 2). My question is.....is it inappropriate to bring the kids to the visitation (of course, I would not let the kids see the body or know what is going on)? I really want to go offer support to my friend whom I've known for 26 years (since we were 4). Please offer up your advice...how would you feel if you were my friend & I brought my kids?
