My brother's 2000 Passat V6 model emblem fell off this morning. It's the emblem on the rear trunk door. Apparently, the glue might have worn off.

Does anyone know of a good place online where he can buy a replacement? Thanks.

ignore it. You pronounced oil leaks from the two valve conceal gaskets, so it truly is the V6, no longer the Vr6. And the V6 may be an truly costly engine to artwork on. It has 4 camshafts. It has no keys on the timing belt sprockets, so is extremely difficult to alter the timing belt. sellers cost over one thousand to do the timing belt in this. And that's in all threat late already. Get some cost rates on the timing belt. and make sure you tell them it has 2 heads, and is the V6. The V6 got here additionally with the 4motion all wheel force, which would be costly. If it became the 4 cylinder or the Vr6, then i might say definite. however the V6 costs 4 cases as lots to maintain. It does have 3 hundred hp although. A Jetta or golfing is even greater secure, because of the fact the costly engine became no longer put in them. Jettas and golfing are continuously inexpensive to maintain, in spite of the comparable engine.

Why don´t you try and Volkswagen Dealership. That´s it probably your best bet in finding any new part for your car. Even if it´s a used car the Dealerships usually have any part you need. I´m sure that Volkswagen´s online parts would have it as well, but I always like to buy from the dealership. Good luck
