When your drunk, you say the first thing that comes to your mind without hesitation. So, there's not a definate answer. Everyone has a fleeting thoughts that are they don't truely believe, and when your drunk you may reveal a few of these thoughts.

Not really - alcohol should never be thought of as a truth serum. Some people become the masters of shenanigans under the influence. Hang around a bar long enough and you will hear every lie ever told.

Being drunk makes you feel unafraid to say and do things...
It makes you lose your internal editor, which actually is something thats there to protect you from yourself...
And being drunk is as fun as it is a pain in the ass...
So you must choose, but choose wisely...

Nop. That`s a gossip, without reason. When you are drunk you are unpredictable, and maybe that´s one of the reasons to think that you are being sincere. The door to find yourself is more difficult. Perhaps there is no door at all.

Alcohol affects a person's conceptualization and perceptions. What is said and done is also affected based on the part of the brain that also affected.
