My diet mainly consists of fast food, and very unhealthy treats. It's been this same way for a long time, with very little issues.

Lately I've been having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grape-nuts with soy milk, and some bananas.

Are any of those new things to my diet have any major underlaying cause to really bad diarrhea?

Ok, I am going out to Frankfurt next week for my boyfriend's birthday. He took Friday off since I was planning on a great getaway but that fell through. What on earth would be a great birthday surprise for him on Friday the 25th? He is a really boring (but sweet) straight laced kinda guy who loves anything military (he is in the German military) and loves fast american V-8's. Somebody Please help me!!!

I have just joined a 12 week challenge at my local gym, my goal is to shape up and hopefully lose around 10 kilos in this 12 weeks (from 67kgs to 57kgs..) The Personal trainer has told me I don't have to do anymore than 5 session a week with him for 30mins at a time.. This seems too easy? (the workouts are hard but only 30mins.. can I seriously expect to lose wieght doing this) he seems to think the 10 kilo's is achievable.. The Reason why I am skeptical is Because I already do 3 hours of kickboxing a week for the past 2 years and seem to have put on weight since doing this??(and it's not muscle unfortuantly) He checked my diet and said that it is fine and healthy.. just up the water intake.. and maybe make my dinners slightly smaller(only eat 3/4 of what I have now)... Will this work?

We will be married a yr in july, I might build it in sept. But befor I do I want her to sign a legal document stating if she divorces me she wont GET HALF of the house. This might be our end. Is it wrong to want this security? She states she doesnt want the house but Why will she not sign it? To prove. She tells me to trust her. but I dont trust anyone with half intrest in a $175'000.00 house. What to do? She says then lets get a div before I build it. Im like ok "kick rocks", am I wrong? Or do I need to just throw the dice and possibly lose my house?

Any one think of a good reason why north is north and not south? I'm thinking specifically of the globe and common knowledge of "right side up". I was thinking of this because I realize our world spins counter clockwise if the common way is right. Was just thinking that it should naturally be clockwise instead. Wonder if in the old days they ever had an upside down standard?

I have faith and I believe that we are perfected through such measures. Please understand I do not believe they are caused by us always, nor do I believe that tey are pleasant.I do however feel they can make us into better people in many ways.I feel that it has been through the most difficulties when I have grown spiritually closer to my Savior and fellow human.
