My diet mainly consists of fast food, and very unhealthy treats. It's been this same way for a long time, with very little issues.

Lately I've been having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, grape-nuts with soy milk, and some bananas.

Are any of those new things to my diet have any major underlaying cause to really bad diarrhea?

Also, what would explain the putrid rotten egg smell, and the explosiveness?

Change of diet will often bring about changes in how the body processes foods. Nuts, bananas and soy milk are all very nutritional and very high in proteins where as a fast food diet is very high in carbohydrates and this equates to a drastic diet change.
I would consider widening your group of nutritional foods.
If the odour you have described continues for more than a couple of days this could be an indication of gardia or a similar bug so I would definitely be seeing a health care professional.

I am a med pupil.... For this symptom, its just a few gastritis combined with traditional diarrhoea..... So take a look at Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines that are medications you'll be able to purchase and not using a prescription out of your health care provider. Some OTC medicines can aid you consider higher you probably have diarrhea. These are referred to as antidiarrheal medications. Antidiarrheal medications comprise loperamide (one manufacturer title: Imodium) and bismuth subsalicylate (a few manufacturer names: Kaopectate, Pepto-Bismol). Bismuth subsalicylate will also be used for disenchanted belly and as an antiemetic (a treatment that treats nausea and vomiting). Depending at the motive of your diarrhea, you may additionally ought to take antibiotics prescribed via your health care provider. Antibiotics are medications that kill micro organism. it's the food you are eating... there must be a certain food product that your body is not accepting.

for instance, people who are lactose intolerant who drinks milk will get that sort of diarrhea also.
