I dieted, lost alot of weight, and now I eat pretty much whatever I want, and I eat constantly. I also eat mainly junk food, I dont exercise and I really underestimate my calories.
I ve been doing this for about a month and a half now, I eat 1280 calorie every day (counted) and sit on my butt at the computure all day, I havent noticed any weight gain, maby 3 pounds, but I am wondering if maby by so much dieting my metabolism actully sped up? or if I am just denying the weight gain, the scale says I ve gained 7 lb, but I know that is totally not possible, I also have a unhealthy salt intake habit and drink about 8-12 sodas a day, (diet) So that could add up to 5 pounds extra, AM I denying weight gain? or is my metabolism speeding up? if so, will it slow back down??
