Possibly... But in my opinion, it's not a good reason to get the attention.. You'd be attracting the wrong type of guy if he didn't notice you before the work was done!
I'd say .. don't get it done .. and wait until a decent guy comes along that doesn't always have sex on the mind :)

If you are still at school you should be concentrating on your studies with a view to making a success of your life rather than worrying about attention from boys. Anybody performing cosmetic surgery on a young person still at school should have his license revoked

Psychologists have this theory - guys who like big boobs are mommies boys and guys who like smaller boobs are reminded of early romantic experiences! Stay as you are - one model who has very small boobs gets lots of work and is absolutley gorgeous!

no don't change that drastically for any one because all these guys are going to do is stick there stick in your hole and leave you its that simple don't you dare change just be your self and you will find a guy who doesn't like you for your boobs but for your personality
