I don' t know where my wife is. I am planning to file for annulment based on fraud. Does anyone know these two things?
1) Can an attorney who files my papers be in Florida but at the same time do everything according to the laws of the state where papers are filed?
2) Do police serve the papers to my spouse or these are just sent by regular mail to the her last known address?

I get different answers all the time, so it gets me even more confused.

I know this question is creepy to some of you...but what is your favorite spider? And why?

Mine is Argiope. They're so docile and BIG. Plus the perform a great service in catching and eating insects. I get them in my garden every year.

WHY is your name what it is?

On your avatar that is, my avatar's name is starofelo because my nickname (the first 3 letters of my real name) is elo. and starofelo is my email adress. which works for me. Did you actually create your avatar to look like yourself? I did. My hair is a slightly diff. color, but it is still classified as blonde. And it's really curly. Do you like your real name? i have a problem with forgiving people, please help me?

i have a problem with forgive people who never apologize and mending the relationship, I will forgive people if they sincerely apologize and mend the relationship, but not otherwize. People say you have to forgive to find peace which i agree, i love to forgive if others can show some corporation. I can't forgive those who never apologize because i think 'if they can do this without apologize, what if they do it again and hurt me again?' can someone tell me is this way of thinking normal? e.g. i had a best friend who backstabbed me to others, i was very hurt, i apologized to her for anything she maybe unhappy with me, but she never sincerely apologized, so we are not talking, I'd LOVE to forgive her but she never give me any chance, should i just forgive people any any cost so i can find peace?
