just changed to verizon dsl but i cant always get on internet, am told i need work on my network interface crd

how do i fix

Well if your network card is intermittant getting a new one would be the easy fix. Cards only cost a few bucks (under 10 in most cases). If the driver for it is the issue just reload it.
