I have suffered from Migraine Headaches since i was about 3 years old. Back then when i threw up or went to sleep they went away. NOW from the age of about 17 they last longer and longer mostly for about 3 days now. [I am 24] I have discovered a Pill called Zomig my Dr prescribed to me at 18 that knocks them out in about 2 hours. [its the best thing in the world] but i am getting them so offten like 2 to 3 times a week and i can't keep taking this pill this often, i don't think it would be good for my liver. Does anyone think birth control pills can cause migraine headaches?

SHARM EL-SHEIK, Egypt - Iran's foreign minister boycotted a dinner of diplomats where he was to be seated directly across from Sec'y of State Rice, ostensibly because a female violinist entertaining the gathering was dressed too revealingly.

"I don't know which woman he was afraid of, the woman in the red dress or the Sec'y of State," State Dept spokesman Sean McCormack said Friday.

"You can ask him why he didn't make an effort," Rice told reporters Friday. "I'm not given to chasing anyone."

Humm - Rice seemingly has all of the available knowledge. Apparently she still isn't aware of Muslin tradition or culture. Actually that has been her problem all along. Iran isn't the Soviet.
And of course she 'chases'. That's part of her job. She's been 'chasing' peace and stability since becoming Sec'y of Defense. Hasn't caught a thing since.
And as for Spokesman McCormack, it appears that the US is just as fearful of Iran as it is assumed Iran is of us.
Condi is a lightweight.

Time and time again, it seems like a lot of people throw around the word "cult" against a faith they don't like or don't understand to scare others away from it. Why do you think this is? I'd rather respect the differences in beliefs than to bad-mouth someone else's by trying to frighten people.

I would like to start going to alanon because of my husband and his drinking. If you have gone to alanon, did it help? I don't want to spend time there if it's just going to be a big rag session on the drinker/ex-drinker. I am looking for ways to overcome the issues of the past and move forward so that we can both heal. Any info or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I'm only 47! Just a few years ago I was surfing, working, sailing, swimming in the ocean everyday... Recently, I have no appetite nor the energy to make food for myself to force myself to eat. OMG I sound like such a whiner! I have always been very active and healthy. So this is really bothering me. I take care of my 3 Gkids, 4, 6 & 8. Is it just that? I don't think so. Just 2 years ago I surfed everyday! Any ideas?

I have a question about Religion and religion believers. First of all, if Adam and Eve were suppose to be the first humans ever...how can you explain the ancient people like the Maya, Aztec, Ancient Greeks, and other Great and dominant civilizations of the past? Obviously these civilizations did not worship the god that is worshiped today.

So with that being said, if society today can dismiss the gods of the past great civilizations...like that of Ancient Greeks which society now calls their beliefs as MYTHology, and has been widely accepted to be myth and not real. What is it to say that hundreds or thousands of years from now when our great society comes to an end what is to stop the beings (human or not) from saying that the beliefs at the time were myth and widely accepted as not real.

I guess what i am getting at is, what makes todays religion any different form what the ancients believed to be the "truth"?

(don't mean to be offensive, just a thought i have had)
