I'm looking for a program/site which can show me DETAILED images of earth/cities at road level. please help.

preferable are aerial or satellite views, which will enable me to zoom in and view the regions at road level or the closest resolution. thanks.

That sounds very funny to me!? Like your trying to find a certain building!? Access points , exit routes huh like i said that just sounds funny!?
