I'm starting a new job.. my first salary job. Benefits are included and paid for by employer. In trying to figure out my net pay, is it always around 25% that is taken out? I've heard as high as 28%... craziness, sheesh!
I'm not married, do not have children nor own a home. Any ideas of what the govt. may scoop out of my paycheck and if it is consistent in that percentage week to week?

Let's say you are in minority group and are said bad racism things from the majority group but if you are feeling superior(you are racist but not obviously racist to others), you don't get bothered by what other racist said to you because you already have superiority?

My 21st birthday is tomorrow; my driver's license says that it expires on May 5, 2007 (which is tomorrow). It also still says "under 21" on it....will I be able to get alcohol on my birthday tomorrow with my driver's license, or do I have to get a new one first (is the dmv even open on Saturdays???)? Ok so I'm pretty sure I am pregnant even though I had a period it was way different than usual it was normal then light pink and then gone, I'm taking a test on the 7th the day before my birthday and I'm pretty sure I could be pregnant because my breast are going crazy on me, really really small mild nasea waves, more tired but I just want to no when ever you were pregnant did it feel like your breast would hurt more before bed than durring the day or did it feel the same all day and my last question is when your pregnant do you feel very tired like you've been running all day and your eye's burn like your tired but do you ever have troubles sleeping? I'm just curious because I am very happy I just want to no, I would take a test now but I rather have morning urine and tomarrow and the next day is my fiance's day off and I want to surprise him!!!

Belief in God is fine with me. I ask an atheist to believe and they reject the idea. Now what? Now you leave them alone because God never asked us to shove religion down someones throat.

But their argument is that we should go away because everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. This is true, but the believer and non-believer take it to the next level.

They both believe that what they believe is true fact.
But what if instead the believer replaced God with the world being round. An atheist believes it is flat. Now who is right?

An atheist and a believer both have their arguments, even if the atheist will not accept them, and the believer will not accept the atheists arguments.

So why is cultural subjectivism a withheld view by so many when there is definitely a right and wrong side.

I AM NOT ASKING WHO IS RIGHT AND WHO IS WRONG SO STUFF IT!

Ok I get that they were close friends but she was still pretty into Denny. Then opps they got drunk and IT happened, but what is with the love thing going on with them. I mean ok they had sex but they are not in love, I did not see that at all before, they were just friends.

I sometimes get a message virtual memory is low. i set the paging file to 379mb (recommended)
and it still does it. Have deleted temp files browsing history and defraged any more ideas? Set paging higher?

Whats the best way to conceil a phone line thats running across the center of my studio? And I also have a TV stand on rollers so I can pull it out when I decide to use it, and when I try to roll it back it always runs over cords and its a big mess.

do you just move on and never look back? My now ex wife of 18 years acts like I never was in her life. She seems so happy but my friends tell me its just a mask she is putting on. I want her to be happy thats how much i will always love her she is the mother of my children and we have a bond that nobody can take away not even hr coworker.
