I need some ideas on things I can serve for a small gathering I am having this weekend. The age group is 22-25 years old, and we are all ladies. I just wanted to throw a little party at my house just to get the girls together, but I don't know what I should serve. I don't want pizza and chips, I want to actually make some delicious appetizers, snacks, and maybe a few main dish items. All suggestions are welcome! Thanks!

In jr hi and high school when I was that young, all boys used a common, open locker room and shower, while the girls supposedly had individual shower stalls, for some reason. Has that changed? Do most boys' locker rooms have individual shower stalls and more privacy now?

So many of the "comparison" questions asked here, regarding "size" and stage of development, seem like they would be easily answered if boys actually saw each other in the locker room on a daily basis. I wonder if they're missing out on that learning experience these days, that we used to take for granted "back in the day." We always noticed the differences, of course, but we also saw others at the same stage as ourselves so we were never pre-occupied with whether we were "normal." Nor did we have an opportunity to exaggerate our development. Has that changed?

I bought an Acer laptop with windows vista, it came with a built-in camera and mic, but the quality was realy bad. when I record a video, the audio part of it, I can hear a little of me talking and alot of background noise. so I went to wal-mart and bought a Microsoft lifecam vx-3000 with built in mic. The video is extreamly better, and the audio is a little better, i can hear my voice better now, but i still hear a fuzz sound in the background that gets anoying. Nothing is running in my room. it is solid quiet. i have seen other people videos and the sound is crystal clear and they say they just use there mic that came built in. I am starting to think it is my pc, but im not sure. why would this noise be there if my room is dead silents? Is there anything i can do, or a tool i can use to clean up the audio for my videos? some kind of tool that will take that noise out so you only hear me talking? I have tweaked everything I know how to, but maybe im missing something. Thanks guys.

My boyfriend and I have dated for 6 months now. I am a single mom and I have no insurance. I was on medicaid but I now make too much money for them to cover me but just not enough with all of my bills to have regular Insurance. I have decided to go to family planning but it is still going to be expensive. I need birth control. My boyfriend has offered to split the cost or even pay for it. I feel it is my responsibility to do it on my own but he rebuttles with that its benfitting him also. What do I do?

I financed a vehicle through Ford Credit. I paid a few months, then quit paying. They dinged my credit as a repo. However, years gone by, they knew my address, and I even called Ford. 7-8 years have now passed, I still have it and Ford said they would NOT come and get it. Its currently registered to me etc...

The trucks in great condition--is there a way to get a legal title on it (w/out paying the 10k i owe) ???

My institution has a subscription to "unbound Central". After the download, the instructions say "Find the unbound.exe file on your hard disk and double-click on it.

I have not taken it... yet... but someone who took it for awhile said she started having lucid dreaming before she awoke in the morning... (FYI: Lucid dreaming is when you know you're dreaming and can control the dream.)

I would try it if I thought it might help me with lucid dreaming...

To you Bush Supporters: In case you are so gung ho to think Bush is a good moral man when he and Cheney are both involved in Oil businesses, think again! Add up the facts and see if it doesn't add up to Bush being selfish and uncaring toward Americans!

1. Bush/Cheney are both oil biz owners on the side along with their many many rich oil buddies. So why would he care to lower the price, logically speaking.

2. Yes, you Bush supporters kept saying he can't do anything about oil prices. Baloney! Oil prices are based on speculations so when Clinton threatened OPEC to use our own oil reserve, the price of the oil went down right away!

3. Bush never ever threatened the OPEC anything like that! Why? Cuz he's in the business? Duhhhh.

4. Bush lowered income taxes for the wealthy when we have such enormouse deficit due to IRAQ war and how are we paying for it??? Hmm comes back to spike in oil prices doesn't it. How convenient!
