It shows up in the taskbar for a split second about every 10 minutes. It's particularly irritating when it boots me from a game like unreal tournament. My OS is XP Pro. Thanks.

apparently there is some kind of sounds that as you get older you cant hear anymore... you can buy them as ringtones (people hav them at my school and teh teachers cant hear them) sometimes called "the mosquito?" is there a sight where there are some that i can hear?

Before 1964, the process of a political party in nominating a candidate for president was done primarily at the convention. Although the individual states had a procedure to instruct the convention delegates how to vote, the selection process was mostly arranged by a few influential party members behind closed doors (the smoke filled room). By 1972, the selection process of a presidential candidate was mostly by the open democratic process of convention delegates publicly voting for a candidate based upon primary election results from their home state (McGovern Commission plan).

Although the current system is clearly more open and democratic, many of the candidates chosen are mediocre at best. The older system seemed to choose better qualified candidates. Discuss the pro's and con's of each system. Answer should be about 2 pages. Worth 100 points.

I was just at the local Hos. and in their waiting room they have a 50 tank in it are 3 huge angelfish and a large plant....on all the edges of the plant there is a soft black velvet What the heck is it?? Oh and the few new leaves dont have any black on them.

ok so i have a 6 month old dell optiplex gx620 and it works just fine but i can play games. i cant even play warcraft. i think the problem is that i dont have a video card...just an intergrated one. i want to get a good one, not great, but descent. i think i may need to upgrade my power supply from 305 watts to 400-550 watts. would this be hard to do? what video card do you reccomend to me in the 100-150$ range that is good.

I cant believe that yahoo answers is allowing this to take place i know everyone is entitled to their own opinon but when this boy has killed 32 ppl and everyone around the world gets on here and sees this... This is shocking to me and i wonder why they are letting him stay on here.. Women are better with children than men are. Little children prefer women over men. Women are anatomically structured to nourish children. If you believe in evolution, note that the majority of female animals care for their young while the male hunts. Women are more comfortable at home than anywhere else. And, furthermore, children benefit more when mothers stay at home and care for them rather than having the father do it, or putting them in a day-care center.

Soooo... if women are better at caring for children, if it is proven that they prefer a home over other locations, if they're designed to care for a child, and it is best for the child for the mother to stay home, then why is it wrong for a woman to stay at home and care for her children? Why shouldn't she? Is this really a display of chauvist, sexist idealogy?

Please answer rationally, with proven facts. And before you accuse me of being sexist, consider what I have to say and disprove it with scientific facts, if you can

I have a 1990 Vovlo 740 GL station wagon. It runs great the only problem is that it leans to the left even when there is nobody or no cargo in it. I checked to make sure the spare tire and jack weren't on one side but they were in the middle. And even so, that shuldn't make a car lean like that. Its not super significant but it is noticeable.

I checked the tire pressure and all 4 tires are properly inflated.
