biologically jason and myself share the same mother yet he does not acknowledge me. He is well aware of my existance as well as that of my 6 children. he does so much for single moms yet won't acknowledge his own nieces and nephews. our mother knows exactly where i live but fails to acknowledge my existance and i just think its a shame.

I was thinking about having my daughter's fourth birthday party at a local water park. They have party packages that are reasonable but it doesn't include admission for the guest or the guest parent. The admission is $6 per child and $8 per adult. Am I responsible for paying their admission? And if so just the child invited or parent also? And how do I state it on the invitation without being offensive? Also, I don't mind the invited child bringing siblings, but I don't feel that I should have to pay for them - is that reasonable? I don't want to seem cheap, but I don't want to go broke either.

I understand that marshals are used for various kinds of law enforcement, but I'm referring to a "Town Marshal" that has been elected as a police officer of a small community, with similar powers and duties to that of a sheriff. Does the Marshal still have to work in collation with the County Sheriff? Is he required to report to the Sheriff, say in the case of a murder in his town? What would be the procedures?

here's the story: i got pregnant by my ex boyfriend, we were all excited and going to get married. however; at about 3 months, when i moved back home to go to school, and away from him. he then completely stopped talking to me. during that time i have gotten back together with my previous ex boyfriend (of 3 years) and he wants to raise the child with me as his own. since the actual father hasn't had anything to do with me or the pregnancy. i called him and asked him what he wanted, and if i didnt hear from him i would assume that its alright for my bf to be the father. he said to do what i wanted. so now i need to know, do i need him to sign something or what to get him to give up his rights? since he has never been involved and doesn't want to be. so that way my fiancee can be on the birth certificate? what do i need to do to make all this happen and have him be on there? so they have his last name and not the actual fathers? not sure what i have to do to make it so hes not involved

I think they should choose as much as we should. It takes two to make a baby, why can only one make the choice to keep it?

I envision a world when a man can take a woman to court if she chooses to abort the child.
The judgement? She can give him the child and have legal permission to not have any responsibility for the child whatsoever. Don't want to carry the child for nine months? Give up the fertilized egg and have another woman carry it.
That's the same as an abortion but both parties are happy.

Next issue: children of rape (another one of the reasons why women choose abortion): give the child to the rapist so they can see the product of their actions for the rest of their lives. We'll see how long they can lie to the child when he/she asks where the mother is.

I'm just all about equality, that's all. Sometimes the man suffers...Sometimes the woman shouldn't have to suffer.
