I think they should choose as much as we should. It takes two to make a baby, why can only one make the choice to keep it?

I envision a world when a man can take a woman to court if she chooses to abort the child.
The judgement? She can give him the child and have legal permission to not have any responsibility for the child whatsoever. Don't want to carry the child for nine months? Give up the fertilized egg and have another woman carry it.
That's the same as an abortion but both parties are happy.

Next issue: children of rape (another one of the reasons why women choose abortion): give the child to the rapist so they can see the product of their actions for the rest of their lives. We'll see how long they can lie to the child when he/she asks where the mother is.

I'm just all about equality, that's all. Sometimes the man suffers...Sometimes the woman shouldn't have to suffer.

Oh, and by the way, if anyone's wondering, I have been raped and I've had two abortions.

If I could give my child to the father and have no rights legally, I would have.

I agree with you, Sasha. It's refreshing to see somebody with a view that doesn't simply follow "social law". A lot of people think a certain way because they believe they are supposed to think that way. I'm glad that you actually take the time to think about what you do and what is said around you. So many people want to take the "easy" route and just do as they're told. You and I know otherwise. One thing though: I wouldn't give the child to the rapist; I really don't think that would be a good environment for the child, since the child shouldn't have to be thought of as a consequence. I know the point you were making though :). I like your views.

Wow...I wouldn't let a rapist raise a child. There is no telling what the child would go through. I'm sorry about your rapes and abortions. You're right about the woman thing if she doesn't want the child.

Do you hear yourself do you really no how crazy some of your thinking is.Honey it wouldn't work, give the rapist the baby, why
so he will have someone to rape over and over again. And give my fertilized egg to another woman. Are you on meds. And as far as men go they have no say so why even talk about it,sure men are going to agree.

well lets se MEN SHOULD NOT HAVE SAY IN ABORTION ITS THE WOMAN THAT FACES ALL THE RISK . The womans body is only ones directly affected by pregnancy and should have say over it no man should ever have the ability to force woman to birth or abort seeing how it effects her body

I agree men should be a part of the decision just as much as the woman since they helped contribute to the pregnancy. It's only fair.
