ok so i have a 6 month old dell optiplex gx620 and it works just fine but i can play games. i cant even play warcraft. i think the problem is that i dont have a video card...just an intergrated one. i want to get a good one, not great, but descent. i think i may need to upgrade my power supply from 305 watts to 400-550 watts. would this be hard to do? what video card do you reccomend to me in the 100-150$ range that is good.

Do not get anything less than ddr3 onboard videoram, even if it is just 256Mb. You will be sorry later w/ a ddr2 videoram.

ATI x1950 Pro and Nvidia 7900GS would be at edge of your price range. The 7600GT is more affordable. 450W power supply is more than enough for these cards.

Upgrading the power supply is easy - just make sure it fits into the case.

Get the card with the most on-board RAM hat you can afford - ATI and nVidia seem to be the leaders for gaming.

The specs say you have one pci-e x16 slot for the price you may be able to get a geforce 7600 make sure it has 512MB of memory. Here's a link for one http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2917746&CatId=1826 Now last I knew dell does non use the same universal atx power supply thats standard you have to special order one.550 would be best.
