do you think the way animals are killed and treated is wrong? i just found a website about it and it all most made me sick i mean whats wrong with some people? whats give them the right to kick punch and make the animals suffer so badly?

there's this girl. she's always making nasty comments to me....i've had enough! she's soooo mean. she thinks she's great! thing is, SHE ISN'T! i bet this is so she feels confident about herself, by saying horrible things to other people. it's nothing major but it's just REALLY annoying. she's part of our group so i can't just ignore her, or everyone else with think i'm being stupid about the whole situation.

what do i say to her to get her to stop? i need to make it harsh so she will take it, otherwise she would just laugh at me.

I've been on a work visa in the USA for about 8 years now and have about $60,000 in my 401K. My work Visa is up next March and I'll have to return to Canada.

I know there is a 10% withholding tax if I withdraw it but if it is in a low income year (as I will only work 3 months) is that going to be less than the flat 30% tax that will be taken out if I remove it as a non-resident?

I know that leaving it in an IRA making tax free returns is a decent option but I'd rather move it elsewhere and want to get the most I can out of the money I've saved.

This happens to someone I know. She tends to diametrically transpose concepts. Instead of "up," she would say "down;" instead of "cold," she would say "hot," etc. I have checked medical manuals, and the closest thing they come up with is "dyslexia," but I don't think "dyslexia" applies here. I'd appreciate your input.

Inconsistant sanctions. Grandson not in full time education for over 13 months due to having a total of 45 day exclusion. Told by inclusion manager to keep him off school until statement for special needs given. Statement given in September but never informed daughter to send him back. School given funding and used but child not in school. Educational Welfare not followed up as child had been marked with a "C" for educated off site. Daughter asked to sign letter stating she was educating him at home by head which he had just typed up. Daughter not read as signed on bonnet of car as was going out. Went to childs review in March and demanded that he came back into school and asked the question of funding and misuse of public funds. Child back in school next day for fresh start. Logged on computer each time he moved or did anything. Teacher left him and other delicate children unsupervised and assault took place. 45 days ex given. registration certificates altered.
