my parents are white. but i live in south america(argentina)...does it make me latinaor am i white cuz my skin is white?

You are latino AND white. Latino is not a race, it is an ethnicity. There are white latinos, black latinos, mestizo latinos, etc. You are a white latino, which is not uncommon in Argentina and a few other South American countries.

You are white. Definitely not a latina. Because your parents are white. If you were born there, then you would have an argentina nationality.
