Don't you think that we have enough technology now to at least make my comment somewhat possible? Well, think about it, if the bible does not want us to play God but it I think it indicates that we should do anything possible to survive for as long as possible we would still be fulfilling Gods wish...We are nothing but a mere speck relative to the Universe. If were able to store our memories and contents of our brain into a computer, perhaps we would be able to travel those mere 20 "light years" to explore other solar systems.....I personally believe that we cannot be the only beings in the Universe and that we are primitive in comparison, until we can live longer, much longer, ie: at least 50 light years longer, we will not even be able to explore Neptune in our lifetime..I believe that society really needs to look at these things, I believe that without the ability to live as other forms, (ie, some sort of computer or hard drive) that we will never be to live life to the fullest!!

Today he told me, "I couldn't wait to see you,Sunshine. Guess what? Today I got my first kiss...on the lips!!!!"
(I had just written another one of my romantic sagas about Sunshine and Marshal Matt Dillon on YA, just prior to picking him up. "Hmmmmm," I thought to myself." A 6 year old is getting more action than I am!!!")

I don't like Jesus because to me, he doesn't seem like a good leader. I view good leaders as people like Muhammed, who killed people who got in his way. I like his dictator like personality. Muhammed didn't take crap. Anybody could beat up Jesus, I mean the Romans beat him up. All he did was smile and talk. I hate people like that. I like dictators, not hippies.

Two months ago, my boyfriend of one year broke up with me all of a sudden. He said he didn't love anymore and had to figure some things out on his own. (HUH???) When we were going out, he was very insecure and jealous and he had to know everything. Example: If I mentioned a friend I saw today at the store, and I stopped to speak (it just happened to be a guy-maybe a classmate or something), he'd have to know: Does he have a job? Is he good-looking? Do you like him? Is his slimmer than me? And so on and so on..... Then I would get mad at him because I would never cheat on him for anything. I mean, if you see someone you know, you speak, "hey how ya been?" What ya up to these days....?? No problem right? Then, he would get mad at me and say it hurts his feelings when I get mad at him.......I've told him "This is the world, people get mad because you ain't perfect...But, we've decided to stay friends, but his insecurity is still there. We've worked things out, prayed, and we're hangin on.

from age say 27 to 31 has anyone noticed their life change significantly. eg change of career, country, direction. i have lived with various people from overseas and six of them came to this country at age 27/28. i get the feeling this is the time you really begin to feel proper, grown-up direction... As a side note has anyone gone through this period of greater growth and basically screwed it up so afterwards to feel you have missed/ignored a great opportunity and life is now more ,, negative?

isnt the point of the debate over the truth of the religion? this would also include the bible. we all know that there is absolutely no proof that the bible is the words of god. it was written by humans that claim it so when someone is debating the truth of the religion why would you use the stories as proof?
thats like saying "this particular story that i just made up is absolutely true because this other story i made up says that all the stories i make up are true."

i dont think itsways the argument 1 inch when you quote something as truth that is the very topic of the debate.

I have a little tomato plant starter that was given to me at work. It is a miniature clay type pot (with a tiny hole in the bottom for watering purposes). It came with a flat quarter size disk that goes in the pot, which is the dirt and seeds. I don't have any instructions on how you start this thing. Do I just put water over the disk in the pot?? thanks

Heh I generally don't care after I come back from school and see my room messy. I just throw my school uniform on my bed and other necessities for school on my bed. I don't clean till Saturday when I do laundry. My room's not dirty though.

I feel so proud!
I'm 39, grew up in SoCal with the required sunburn every summer and I didn't have my first early cancer/sun damage spot removed until today.

My whole family has had a ton of "stuff" removed and I am the eldest daughter in my family, so I feel good about prolonging that.

How old were you with your first "sun spot"?

(I gotta laugh about it-- I've already had thyroud cancer, herniated disks, bad circulation and tons of other health problems...)
