Imagine you are a member of the "Children's Crusade". What supplies would you bring on your journey and what route you would plan to take.

(I don't want actual facts, I just want to have some opinions, please)

So based on what you know about the Children's Crusade, answer the questions above.

You say you don't need details, but just want opinions. Based on this it sounds like you are familar with the details of where the children were from generally,where they were going and why. So, all you need to do is find a good map of those areas and plot your path. Your teacher wants you to use your imagination and knowledge. This should not be too difficult as long as you know the details.

What are the things you must have and iPods, cell phones are not what would be needed for survival back in the 1200s. What are the basic necessities to make such a trek? Also, is there a religious icon of some type you would take that would feed your soul? Remember, this was a religious mission.

How would a child of the Middle Ages or even today feel about leaving home?

um, food? something sleep on? probably, since i would be a child, i would not actually remember to bring anything. and if someone didn't bring it for me, i would probably die along the way.
