I'm 21 years old and I have never been to the gyno. I have had sex before but i am no longer sexually active. Everyone tells me you have to go once you turn 18 and once a year after that. If i dont see anything wrong, is it absolutely necessary for me to go?

I've heard of people sending packages to soldiers in Iraq (pkgs. containing hand sanitizer, soap, dvd's, etc.) and i would like to donate some supplies that they may need. How can i find soldiers from my area to donate to? and to what address?
i just wanna help out!

appointment and the first thing he asks you is "How are you feeling today?" I always answer, Oh I'm fine I just like coming in here and paying you $65 to shoot the sh*t with you so how are your wife and kids? He usually laughs and gets the hint and says "ok what's wrong with you today".

added 5 tablespoons of salt to 20 gallons few weeks ago, added 1 tablespoon every water change once a week, last week treated new small Oranda I put in tank with my large old Oranda for ich and it went away quick, treated with salt the same, little fish fine but large one looks like the onset of fin rot, slight whitening patches, slightly frayed ends, I JUST added sera baktopur for bacterial infection then found website that stated too much salt can cause fin rot apperance and even kill goldfish, said only add salt as a treatment, not every water change, should I remove 25% of water and add fresh without salt and put carbon back in to remove medicine? have I medicated too much in a short time, fish are in home tank not med tank,

It's pretty well known that the world's oil supply is depleting. Why are we spending time invading Iraq and planning to invade other countries to get oil when we could be spending time finding another solution? (don't tell me we aren't there for the oil at all, I won't have it!)

Sure there is enough for our lifetime, but is the struggle really worth it? There are other options, many vehicles use them everyday. So why aren't we spending our $$, time and resources on making our own solution, instead of expecting the rest of the world to give us what's theirs or destroying the arctic refuge?

For the past couple of weeks I've been feeling really bad. Lately all I do is go to school and then come home and sleep. Days when I don't have to go to school all I do is lay in bed. I only come out of my bedrrom when I must, and I don't eat very much anymore. I don't know what's wrong with me. I just feel sad. I usually have a good relationship with family and friends, but now I avoid them because everything seems to make me feel even worse. I haven't talked to my parents about the way I feel. My mom thinks I sleep all day because I'm lazy, but I just have no will to get up and do things anymore.
I don't like talking with anyone about the way I feel, so how do I go about explaining this to my mom?
Please help me.
