I pulled out of a house contract before 3 days cooling off and did not pay any deposit on the house - now have a legal bill for a penalty fee. Can they make me pay? They have sold the house anyway since and suffered no loss. Appreciate any help before it costs me more with a solicitor fee. Thanks in advance

This has been going on for years now. I have been sent to all karate places. But i dont want to fight people that really annoy me. And i feel bad for my mom and dad because them always worrying about me in school. And i love karate and stuff and i am excellent in there. my teacher even saisd so. But even the most annoying person i cant seem to beat up. I think about beating them up, and i want to. but than all of a sudden i dont want to anymore. It is not out of fear trust me i am a big guy. Can someone please help me?!

No one knows exactly when Zarathushtra lived. Zoroastrian
tradition places him at around 600 B.C.E., but this date is thought
by modern scholars to be far too late. The modern estimate of
Zarathushtra's date is anywhere from 1500 to 1000 B.C.E.
The basic scripture of Zoroastrianism is a set of 5 poetic songs called the _Gathas_, which were composed by Zarathushtra himself and have been preserved through the millennia by Zoroastrian priests. Over the years many other scriptures have accumulated around these Gathas. Much of these scriptures were destroyed by the Greek, Muslim, and Mongol invasions, but some remain. The Gathas are still the core text of the faith.They are composed in a very ancient language known as Avestan, which is closely related to Sanskrit.

I recently filled out a job application for a government secretarial position. I checked the box that said that I DO NOT have a driver's license. They called me for an interview, and I was offered the job the next day. Well, today I got a phone call from a personnel worker stating that it came back on my background that I do not have a driver's license. I told him that yes I was aware of it, and it was due to epilepsy. I even filled out a separate form that I mailed with my ap, and I circled that I have a disability. My question is, can they now withdraw the job offer because they found out I do not possess a license? I was honest and I checked the proper box, but maybe they did not notice it prior to the interview. What do you all think? Would that be discrimination if the job offer is withdrawn??? What about reasonable accommodation? Thanks!

By the way, the seizures are controlled and I haven't had one in about a year, I just do not feel comfortable possessing a license right now!

I work with a lady who just had twins which made kid #7 and #8. Unfortunately, she lost 1 baby. She just keeps having more and more children. She is married, but she and her husband are not rich by any means. How do they afford these children and how do you say congratulations to someone who has that many kids? She says her birth control doesnt work and she just keeps on having these kids up into her 40s.

God is divorced, God divorced Israel.

Jer.3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Does God like divorce? No, nor should we.

Is divorce the unforgivable sin? No.

So why is that: people, churches, and religion try to make divorcees a second class Christian?

Is God second class? No, of coarse not.

So, let’s put a stop to these precepts of men.

I have seen some of the latest workstations from HP and Dell and they use xeon processors which is a server processor. Does this mean they are using a server mobo and processors, RAM, etc. to run a desktop computer? Can server hardware run normal desktop processes? Lastely does anyone know whether xeon or extreme QX6700 processors are better for gaming?
