moves to another state...does that drivers ed still count?

You'll have to check with the DMV in the new state. A few states may honor some certs from others but not all do. TX, for one, does not honor a cert from any other state.

Her best bet would be to get a license in the state where she completed drivers ed and then exchange that for a license in the new state.

Depends on what kind of Driver Education she took. Some courses (like the one we did - Driver Ed In A Box) are good in several states. If it was a local driving school, then check with the DPS in the new state.

yes think about what your a asking,did she forget all she learned from the other state?
