Tactical warfare is the primary type and is used the most. This is when for example, a infantry unit attacks another infantry unit to gain ground.
Strategic warfare is looking at the whole war, not just the battle. It is mainly used to knockout communications, command, logistics and confuse the enemy. It also means that these areas need to be defended, so troops and resources need to be kept off the front line. This warfare is conducted by Special Forces and strategic bombers.
Tactical warfare is the primary 'type' and is used control a region. A war without tactical warfare, just strategic is a Guerrilla War.

Guerilla Warfare is the most reliant on tactic and strategy.
In Guerilla Warfare, you don't let the enemy see you and then you attack and then run away to attack later. This process is repeated until the enemy is eliminated. Guerilla Warfare is somewhat like Blitzkrieg used in WWII by the Germans.

Naval Warfare, it is the only fight that is in it's most basic set up. Like chest pieces... there's no barriers, no High ground, and no Cover. Naval Warfare is a true tacticians battle.
