I am not sure if people usually post questions with this depth of seriousness, butI am in desperate need of advice!
I need an attorney to regain the gaurdianship of my child. I signed gaurdianship to my aunt when I was incarcerated b/c I knew she would take care of him. Now...she doesn't want to let me have him back!
Please don't lecture me on doing bad things...I learned my lesson! I was incarcerated for a crime I comitted about 2 years prior. I have completely turned my life around. It seems like, the better I do, The more she tries to keep me from him.
I am working so hard for this.
I am a full time college student, I have a full time job, and a part time job as well. Please don't tell me to just forget about it, and let her have him...that isn't an option! He could have much more out of life being with me, and I refuse to give up.
I just need any advice about what to say to an attorney...what to ask for...anything! Thank You in advance!

Daily in india,we come cross to so many complexities related to public works like recently a boy fall in open sewage pipe or other problems.Tell me is really govt. responsible for it or we are unable to perform our civic duties like taking care of our public properties(parks,rivers,lakes),filing complaint against open sewage in above case?

I received temporary custody of my 6 month old cousin 2 days ago. Last night, he woke up every 15 minutes screaming for his pacifier, which had fallen out of his mouth. To get him quiet, I would re-insert the pacifier every 15 minutes. He is teething so I understand his pain, but, I can't go through this every night, I have to rest for work. Is there anything that I can do to ween him from his pacifier in such a way that we can both get a good night's rest? HELP please!

Is it possible for contractions to be speradic(not in any sequnce in early labor?...Last nignt I had what I thought were three braxton hicks in a row, but they were almost painful. and my back pain in tailbone and my sciatic nerve seem to be bugging me alot more this last week. Unusually tired some days n then at night it's been hard to sleep. I am 32 weeks. Please help.

1. Joe Namath-Only thing he did was throwing for 4000 yards for first time in NFL history and win Super Bowl in famous 'Guaranteed victory'. Barely completed 50% of his passes, with less-than-70.0 career passer rating.
2. John Elway-I think if he didn't win 2 Super Bowls (Thanks to Terrell Davis), he wouldn't be in Hall of Fame.
3. Troy Aikman-Only time he threw for more than 20 TDs was 1992. Same reason as John Elway.

Underrated..Kurt Warner will be only one I know, but also Marc Bulger. (Think of 3 guys)
