I have heard that Jesus and God are one and the same, people will often resort to stating "Jesus is God".

If Jesus is the Father and the Holy Ghost then is the trinity the one you worship as God?

I have some quarters dating from 1934 up. The face value is $7. How much would I be able to sell them for? They are not in excellent condition and kind of dirty, but you can clearly see the dates on all of them. I checked ebay but it's hard to tell what they are worth. Also, should I try to clean them up, and what can I use? Should I sell them as a lot or individually?

My cat had a small scratch on her upper back (right about where the scruff of the neck is) a couple of weeks ago but as it healed, she managed to reach. Now it's a large hairless patch ( a few inches wide) with 2 nickel sized open sores that she can scratch with her back paws and can sometimes twist around and lick. I tried a tea tree oil spray designed for hot spots on pets that is supposed to be soothing but didn't appear to be. I also put neosporin on it, which helped but just before it heals she completely scratches the scabs off. It seems not to bother her for a day or two, then she scratches the crap out of it.
Is there an over-the-counter product that I can buy that can keep her from getting at and scratching this spot? Maybe a hydrocortisone spray? At what point should I take her to the vet (which is expensive but will do it if necessary)? (I tend to over panic about pet injuries. When I get to the vet it turns out to be something I can take care of at home, that's why I ask.)

Why do you think Chris Cornell doesn't want a Soundgarden reunion? I mean, he is singing Soundgarden songs in his solo concerts, so why not a reunion?

My mother is elderly and is not able to get around too well any more. Ever since she was little girl she has loved Westerns and all of her heroes are the lawmen, bandits and desperadoes of the old west (fictional and real). As she grew up she learned more about what the old west was really like and liked it just as much as it was portrayed on all the old B&W epics, and not a week goes by when she doesn't spend her Saturday afternoons in front of the TV watching the old re-runs.

My family never really had enough money to travel a lot but I now have saved up enough to take her on a two-week long holiday to the States (we're British).

I'd like to know where I can take her to see some of the sites that were an an integral part of the old west, or where the natural scenery remains unchanged to a degree; any ideas?

Also I have heard about whole towns where the old west lives on as re-enactments- are these as good as they sound.

I just want to give her the time of her life.

What are the average fares for things in New York such as : taxi, subway, bus, (outside of transit cards if they do not cover bus fares), and the carriage rides in Central Park (in February - during the week)? And what are some of the cheapest lunch options we'd find? (I.e. - would it be trying to locate a McDonalds, street vendors, small cafés, lunch wagons?)

I'm trying to clean up my sister's computer and figured the first thing to do would be delete all her old programs.

Thing is, when I go to Add/Remove programs, everything on there totals to less than a gig.

Is there a way to find out where the 9.5 GB of other files is, without manually hunting around?

Ever wonder why the angel Gabriel punished Zecharia by making him mute but yet sort of let Mary off the hook?

If you remember the story, they both doubted the pregnancies that were about to occur (Elizabeth with John....Mary with Jesus)

As a side note, let me also say that I believe that scripture is 100% God-breathed and contains absolutely no contradictions. I am a blood-bought, born-again Christian to the bone.

Any thoughts on this?

Given the success of the Pens this season, it is reasonable to expect that they will pick up at least 1 or 2 players with some experience (and a higher price tag). Who would you like to see them get (and who would they be giving up to make the room)?

All the talk is about the importance of recycling, but the first tenet in the conservation creed is "Reduce." We have gotten away from many ways of life our parents and grandparents lived (thankfully, some of them -- e.g. only bathing once a week) and with our big, expansive homes, have forgotten how to live frugally. What are some frugal practices you grew up with?

For example, keeping the thermostat set low in winter and wearing a sweater around the house. Opening the windows and running a fan instead of using the air conditioner. Closing vents off in unused rooms during heating/cooling seasons. Saving old bits of soap and either melting them down or smushing them against the new bar of soap. Reusing birthday candles. Limiting long distance phone calls. Turning off lights as you leave a room.

My husband brews a pot one day, drinks half, and then lets it sit out overnight, and in the morning he pours himself a cup and nukes it. I think it's odd.

So how many people do the same thing? Or do you want a fresh pot every morning?
