In theory, you can. If you want to earn an AAS and learn a specialized skill or trade (Nursing, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.), you can do it.

Any kind of non-specialized AA would obviousily be redundant for you to earn.

But the logical next step is for you to do a Masters- which takes about as much time as an AAS and would enhance your resume. An Associates after a Bachelors is, to say the least, eyebrow raising.

Why would you even want to do this when all you have to do is:

A) Get a second bachelor's degree in 1-1.5 years (b/c you've already taken about 2/3 of the courses required when you were working on your first degree) OR

B) Get a master's degree in 1-2 years

These two look WAY better on a resume!

I'm honestly unsure of why you would want to do that? Bachelors is higher than associates, so I don't think that would be necessary... if you really want to do another 2 years of schooling then go the next step up to get your Master's Degree.

Do you plan on getting your HS degree after that?

It would be a very silly thing to do -- kind of like going back to middle school after you graduate high school.

Yes but the BA and AA would have to be in different subjects.
