Not from another person, but a spirtual one? Not to sound to corny, but just a sign from God that everything's going to be OK? Sometimes I just get so exhausted from hateful people and life in general. Is it so much to ask?

If I recall the Bible, did Jesus descend into Hell after He was resurrected or was it at a different time? If He did go into Hell, is it known why He did and what did He do there? Serious answers please.

a former friend/boss, who is now next door at a sister hotel has, it has come to my attention (through sources i trust) been badmouthing me. she has been doing this to people who aren't her friends, but employees, and because it has spread over here (both places communicate regularly, are jointly owned and are small, so impressions made can be damaging), and because of her status and how she is spreading negative info, and the fact that no personal relationship has existed for several weeks, i'm thinking it's a work problem. it's definitely souring me on a job that has already caused me to begin to look elsewhere to the point where i might jump at anything, rather than being selective about it. i also don't want to be ridiculous about this though...if it falls into the personal area, than i might have to just live with it. i've already deduced that the direct approach with this person would be ineffective....advice please??

i woke up this morning crying from intense pain, i thought it was my achillies, but its in my ancle joint and goes up the left hand side of my leg and to my hip, i am on crutches as i have no mobility in my foot, went to doc and he said maby gout but my ancle is not red, or blood clot, i have no idea, its 10 times worse than a sprained ankle, i recently had an epidural that i am still having alot of pain in my back from it, so i would love some idea's

I'm the only girl in my kendo club, and I repeatedly get defeated in sparing since i joined the club. It's seem I lack of strength and stamina to defend myself from my opponents attack. Beside kendo, I also trained in Aikido and learning some Aikido sword technique. I wonder if i can use these technique to improve my odd in kendo sparing?
I'm getting bored of being defeated in my kendo club.

My parents have custody of my 3 year old neice. She goes to bed sometimes by herself but on my days off from work she doesn't want to go to bed until like 3 or 4 in the morning. I work until 1 in the morning so i stay up alot during the night. She then carries over wanting to stay up during the week when I am at work. My mother is disabled and my father works very early in the day. Is there anything to get her to keep a 10pm schedual. She sleeps for a good 8-9 hours when she finally sleeps but when she doesn't want to go to sleep it gets very aggrivating. Please help me!!! What can i do about this??
