If you drank enough coffee to OD on caffeine, you're gonna be peeing for awhile because I've heard estimates that in order to OD on coffee, an average adult, will need to drink 150+ cups.

Like with all stimulants or depressants, your body will probably start rejecting the substance (I.E. Vomiting). So, drink some water to dilute it, and stay away from that much coffee.

it depends on how bad the symptoms are.

if you are experiencing the following symptoms-have someone take you to the er or call 911

Muscle twitching
Confusion
In and out of consciousness
Fever
Breathing trouble
Irregular heartbeat
Rapid heart beat
Hallucinations
Dizziness
Convulsions

these symptoms are very serious and the overdose can be fatal in some cases. there is no cure or first aid that can be administered for it at home. activated charcoal and medications will be given at the hospital to remove the excess caffeine from the body and help lower the heartrate and blood pressure

milder symptoms are

Sleeping trouble
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Urination - increased
Increased thirst

if you are experiencing milder symptoms, lie down and take small, frequent sips of water. call the poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. they will instruct you on what do to next-this is a nationwide number

Never heard of anyone ODing from coffee. If you are have chronic cardiac problems, its a good idea to avoid caffeine, but other than that...dont know if thats even possible. I DO know that you can suffer from caffeind withdrawal and subsequent excrutiating headaches if you abruptly stop massive caffeine intake. But to OD on it, Id have to see proof that thats actually happened, or better yet, HOW it could happen. Im interested to know what even makes you think this has occurred in the first place? One last gem of knowledge: If you DO consume lots of coffee say, do not stop abruptly....wean yourself off over a week or so to avoid the h/a that will definitely plague you. Its like anything else, you must only do things in moderation.

There is no antidote. If the overdose is extreme, the person needs to be in the hospital. They do not have an antidote, but can administer certain drugs (usually Ativan) to keep the heart rate down. The caffeine has to be processed by the body.

Dont drink anymore coffee. If its messing with your heartbeat, I would go to the Emergency room. Are you having chest pains? If not, if you are just very jittery, I would start drinking alot of water to try and flush out your system. In the meantime, Im sure you will keep very busy with your caffeine buzz.
