I came home today and my neighbors apartment door had been kicked in her apartment was robbed clean. This is obviously concerning and would like to get out of here. I knew when I moved in 6-7 months ago that this wasn't exactly the Ritz Carlton of apartments but I didn't expect to be this bad. The stories I have heard... A drug dealer lived downstairs and it took them months to take legal action to evict him. Break ins are evidently aren't surprising and management has taken little action to help. I also come home to the smell of marijuana coming from upstairs several times a week. The main door into the building has even been rigged to allow anyone/everyone to come and go, again, no action when mentioned. I just want out, I don't feel safe, does any of this constitute breaking a lease? I have access to an attorney through my University that I could excercise if it would help. Any thoughts? Should I cough up the two months and the security deposit and run or what?

I am 20 weeks pregnant, I only have a few outfits so far. I know it's a girl, we found out a couple weeks ago. I was just wondering what other mothers had bought by the time they were 20 weeks. Does anyone know where I could get a checklist online? I have no idea where to start it seems like there is so much stuff to buy. What could you already moms not live without?? I am having a baby shower but it's going to be very small and I am not expecting any of the big ticket items. It is a shower that the co workers are throwing for me. Any input will help. Suburban with 112,000 miles has developed a "roaring" noise which sounds similar to noise made by off-road tires. Noise will disappear when turning left. I purchased new tires and replaced front pads. Also had front end aligned. Nothing helped. While making any type of left turn the truck is perfectly quiet. Roaring noise is always present when going straight and a right turn does not cause the roar to disappear.

I always wanted to know. When people die, is that God's will, or is it something that wasn't supposed to happen, but God allowed it to? My boyfriend and I have different views on this. Can someone tell me the step by step process of donating clothing to goodwill store or similar style places and bing able to get the tax deduction. I have to use the long form for tazes anyway so might as well get the deduction if I can. Oh, This is mainly for used clothing and household goods. Good clean stuff thats left over from multi family house cleaning and yardsale.

I've never donated anything to get the deduction before, my prvious deductions have been drop offs. So I dont know what to expect.Also, Does it matter for taxes when the donation takes place? Such as there is a goodwill store close by in the next state.
