Now I'm still young about the world but I have enough logic to think about stuff scientifically and try to coem up with an explanation. But ghosts... they are another thing, I freak out before I even get the chance to try to prove/disprove it. SOme say that these are only things made up by your mind. Those eerie feelings that you feel, those feelings your being watched. I would personally try to investigate but then... if I see a real ghosts... well... X_X! Cause I hear knocking noises late at night... sounds like a hammer being driven to the wall... omg am I scared... someone pls answer in your best way... dont know if this is a debatable topic but someone who convinces me get's best answer

I saw the movie "Cube", loved it, and figured "Cube Zero" might be able to answer questions, being that it's supposed to be a prequel. It answered my questions with more questions, and the one that sticks out the most...are the characters Wynn, from Zero, and Kazan, from the original, the same person? Or was Kazan just a technician like Wynn? I've looked around on a bunch of bloggy websites, but I haven't been able to find any definitive answers. I HAVE TO KNOW THE ANSWER!!! I'm sure, of course, that this question is brought up by design, and we're just supposed to keep on wondering, but if anybody has a definitive answer or link, PLEASE SHARE!

I just can't sleep for more than 7 hours. If i go to sleep at 2 am i will wake up at 8 am to 9am, if i go to sleep at 11 pm i will wake up at 5 am - 6 am. When i wake up, i have a headache and nausea for about 30 minutes, then for the rest of the day i have an uneasy and queasy stomach. If i try to sleep longer than this, i will keep waking up 15 minutes. I am also tired all day and don't have much energy. Any suggestions?

At my house I have a wireless network setup. I have one computer running Windows XP which is hooked up to a Linksys wireless router. On my other computer which has Windows vista use a US Robotics wireless chip to pick up internet. Whenever I am using the Vista computer I will be on the internet fine and then all of a sudden I will try loading a page and it will say something like "cannot communicate with the proxy server." What does this mean!?!

Please help me it is getting very frustrating. If someone is really good with this kind of thing and good let me email them that would be great too.

I have a question which is engineering based. i understand this question is probably not possible but I am wondering if anyone with a greater understanding of physics and engineering might have something forward looking ideas or something to add.

In a simple explanation i think it would be possible some how to use human pedal like power to turn a generator of the same size you would use at a nuke plant. Its clear a human can not directly turn it pedal power so no flames please, my question is what what laws of physics could we integrate together to allow this to happen.

Don't forget coal plants and nuke plants which turn these generators are very very costly to run. I should say Extremely costly to run. So try to think of it this way you have let say 12 humans per 8 hour shift per one generator, and they are going to be cream of the crop for this duty.

Give your best answer, answers which say its not possible are fine just back it up. Thanks and have fun

ok, this is weird but i want to find out if any other human heard this rumor at one time......
in the 70's there was a rumor going around that the girl who played cindy on brady bunch died in real life from getting strangled when her scarf got caught in a bus door.
Obviuosly....susan olsen (the actress) is still alive.
But i was wondering if anyone else heard that rumor back then?

When i was about 11 or 12 I was in my room lying down about to go to sleep, and I don't remember why but i opened my eyes because of something, and saw two ghosts sitting on the edge of my bed. They turned and looked at me and I tried to scream for my mom but I couldn't speak. First I should probably explain that having the ability to see and speak to ghosts runs in my family only through the women though, it started with my grandma and went to my mom then to me, it transfers and since i was born my mom hasn't seen any, neither has my grandma. Well they always told me that if i ever saw any to say go to my mom, so i tried it and they didn't do anything. When i looked around my room had been turned into a ballroom and there were others there, they were all dresses up for like a dance, they two on my bed were women one younger than the other i tried asking them what they wanted and they didn't say anything. what does this mean? I had other experiences in that room too.

Ok immy dance teacher is doing this show. There is 2 people in my class who whave solos, i do 2, so 3. My teacher made it up but for some reason it is under my other studio, and i think he forgot about my solo. Now he is putting the other 2 peoples solo in the show, not mine, i dont think he likes it. And what hes gonna do is make the people with the solos person do the first half of their solo then let the other people join in. My mom sent an email to him saying " I heard other kids are doing their solos, and i was wondering if my daughter was doing her solo. Or she made up something that she would be honored to be put in the show alone." I dont know what he is going to think, and im so embarresed, what do i do?

Tonight on Coach's Corner, Don Cherry said that McLennan only gave Franzen a "tap" when he slashed him. Then he tries to justify this by showing how McLennan got hit in the helmet by Franzen's stick. To say that the slash was a "tap" is unbelieveable! What do you think?

I recently got a 50" Mitsubishi Projection tv , I think its a VS-50705 I know it was made in Feb 2001. Anyway when I plug it in the power button on the front flashes 4 or 5 times. When I go to turn it on the screen starts to warm up and then after about 5 seconds it turns itself off. I've taken basic electronics when i was in school and I am usually pretty good at fixing things. I talked to a repair shop and they told me it would cost $350-375 for them to fix. I know how to test and change components but have no idea where to start. I have checked all the fuses and theyre good.
