The flip fop of Theist to Atheist or Atheist to Theist does not prove the belief system of the other.

We have to look beyond beliefs and move toward some kind of reality of truth. The truth is today man has no understanding of the part of a human brain that contains consciousness.

This debate will go on until there is something concrete to support a theist or atheist point of view. There are some who think all you need to do is look deep within to find this eternal truth. I would like to add look within with an open mind without a hidden agenda to prove your own ideology.

What I think really will not have much impact on your own belief system. Of this I am fully aware. Just like there was a time when you could not get me to think outside of the Christian box until I found my own way out. We will all have to find out this eternal truth on our own to sit in agreement.

The eternal truth about human consciousness will one day be as clear to each man as the existence of gravity. I only hope we don't destroy ourselves trying to hold on to what we believe while existing in our unproven truth.

I got as far as the 'sobering up' part before I had to stop. Glad to see this article wasn't biased or anything. And I'll reiterate for the umpteenth time that one man's change of heart doesn't prove or disprove a situation. Theists should be grateful for this. Considering the number of atheists today as compared to earlier times, this would really be a blow to your case.

Should we now get all the atheists who've realised truth and reality instead of religious dogma? After all, before 1859 there were relatively few atheists - now atheists are a majority in several countries.

He is not the only one who has done that. Most Atheist are afraid to die, secretly they wonder about the unknown.

Is he now a believer in Christ or what? Well, the point is, if one atheist can discover God, then others can as well. Thank God!
