WTF? Oatmeal isn't even healthy to begin with, you shouldn't eat just that.
There is no instant weight loss cure. You must diet and exercise.
If you eat nothing all day, and exercise constantly, you will faint or have a heart attack and not be able to go. Plus, dieting often causes one to be grumpy. You wouldn't want to be in a bad mood when you go would you?
Eat a sausage and get that you're at a healthy weight right now.

10 lbs in 5 days not easy to do. You should have started 2 months ago. You could try breakfast bars ,slim fast for lunch and Lear Cuisine or Healthy Choice for dinner and plenty of exercise and drink plenty of water

if you lost alot of weight that fast it would be bad for your health...but my oppinion is eat healthier drink water and exercise =)
