I just can't sleep for more than 7 hours. If i go to sleep at 2 am i will wake up at 8 am to 9am, if i go to sleep at 11 pm i will wake up at 5 am - 6 am. When i wake up, i have a headache and nausea for about 30 minutes, then for the rest of the day i have an uneasy and queasy stomach. If i try to sleep longer than this, i will keep waking up 15 minutes. I am also tired all day and don't have much energy. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your answer, but i don't think that is the problem. This has been going on for two weeks! I don't sleep well on weekends either even when i have no homework or work to do. I relax to no end at night. So i don't think that is the problem.

I am 15 and i don't have any family problems and i am hardly ever stressed.

It's actually possible that you may have sleep apnea. Do you ever wake up gasping for air or do you know if you snore? The reason I say it may be sleep apnea is because people with this problem tend to have a loss of oxygen at night and this can cause a headache upon awakening. Also because you said you feel tired all day. These are symptoms. You should mention this to your doc. I work at a sleep center.

you might be stressing over something.
Or you might have acid reflux.
Don't eat two hours before bedtime. No sodas.
Get a couple moe pillows an elevate your upper body a bit.
If you have Tums around or some atiacid try that before bedtime.
Take a relatxing shower before bed. Go to bed te same times every night.

It sounds like you are anxing over something! If something has you down or worried, find someone to confide in and then go see a funny movie or rent one. Take a warm bath before bed and turn off the TV and read yourself to sleep.Hope that helps!
