I have a project where I must design a board game (or something similar) that is designed for 8-10 year olds while teaching them what exactly climate change is.
For example, how would you explain what it means, what is being done, what needs to be done, and why, etc. Any help or other input is highly appreciated. Thank you.

I am asking this seeking the truth, not as an attack, and none of my family will answer me...so please, answer me honestly and politely. Is it true, to your beliefs, that if you are sealed in the temple, that you will live to be a family in heaven, still be married and still have your kids.
I am just wondering, because in the original bible Lue 20:27-47 it states that marriage is just a worldly thing, and that when we die, we will no longer be married, but we will be like angels, and we will be there for god.
If you cannot be a good person, and answer without being snippy or rotten, please don't answer. I seek the truth...not to blow you down. I have been fighting as to whether to ditch a religion, in seek of one more enlightened, or whether the church I was baptised into is just a church of convenience. Please answer only if you can be nice. I am being totally sincere here.

I have a question which is engineering based. i understand this question is probably not possible but I am wondering if anyone with a greater understanding of physics and engineering might have something forward looking ideas or something to add.

In a simple explanation i think it would be possible some how to use human pedal like power to turn a generator of the same size you would use at a nuke plant. Its clear a human can not directly turn it pedal power so no flames please, my question is what what laws of physics could we integrate together to allow this to happen.

Don't forget coal plants and nuke plants which turn these generators are very very costly to run. I should say Extremely costly to run. So try to think of it this way you have let say 12 humans per 8 hour shift per one generator, and they are going to be cream of the crop for this duty.

Give your best answer, answers which say its not possible are fine just back it up. Thanks and have fun

I went to buy a toshiba satellite note book , in best buy and then to circuit city, in the add you see the price was, 469.00 but after they gave us the real price, it was almost 1,200,cause they told us they have to include the software, antivirus etc, i really want to buy something simple. only for internet use and some office works, but with all included my top price is 600.00 can you please help me , i live in new york city, and don't know much about computers, thanks!

My husband is not a Christian! I am not asking him to become one and he is not asking me to become a muslim either. I just need to break the news to him on how i want things done in the house. He smokes and he drinks. I do not smoke and drink! We both swear alot and other sins i need not mention! I want to break the news out to him that I want a change. I beleive that since our house is full of sin that Jesus will not help us with our problems. Marrital problems that is!

I do not wany any more swearing, or drinking, or smoking, or other things in our house for 1 wk. I want to see how it helps our relationship any!

How do I break this news out to him!

P.S. I hide his ciggerates and his beer on him!

My Aunts grandchildren came over from ireland over the summer and we got talking about the shape of certain countries when looked at from space and me being an idiot went and said "oh yes and Ireland is shaped like a flying pig" - i didn't mean to offend anyone and the boys laughed, but then i thought maybe it could be considered racist, or politically incorrect!I didn't mean it to offend and to my knowldge i don't think they were, but is it offensive? My sister has been diagnosed with this and I have heard it progresses very rapidly. She has lost a lot of her word find abilities and now she sometimes doesnt understand the words spoken to her.
I am assuming within a couple years she will be very demented and maybe not able to understand anything and probably totally dependent for all of her needs.
What would you do if you were in my position? I am 16 yrs younger than her. She lives in Virginia and I live in Illinois and we arent really that close, but I wouldnt wish this on anyone.

when he first went to the dr., he was very tired and his legs were swollen.....they took blood and found his white cell count was down........that was on monday of this week.....he went to the hospital thursday to get tests done and today the dr. told my sister his potassium is very low and his body is rejecting it........what would cause your body to reject potassium??? the dr. mentioned it could be cancer...........any other diagnosis?

I turn 18 in less than 3 days. Lately, I've been feeling extreme anxiety over the major changes in life that are ahead of me. My fiance of two years is so confused about what to tell me. I turn 18, I graduate, we get married, I start college, we get a place, I leave behind everything I've ever known. I just am so overwhelmed about the whole situation. I got involved with a guy who has supposedly not been with his wife for almost six years. They are separated..which I know opens up a whole new can of worms. I didn't plan on things to happen this way because I know that being separated is not the same thing as being divorced. But I fell for him hook line and sinker. The only thing is I am beginning to get suspicious. First we have never been to his place. He always only comes to mine. Also there will be times when I talk to him every day, and then times when we go a week without talking to one another. He mainly tends to call on the weekend and he always claims that this is because of work. The final thing is, when he comes over he always gets up and leaves before morning comes. I don't know if this means anything or if i'm being paranoid or if it means that he just sees me as a booty call. What do you think?
