Barry Bonds is on target to breat Hank Aaron's home run record but Hank Aaron has said he doesn't plan to be on hand when he does it. So far, Hank is the only guy in sports who still seems to have integrity. Nobody else seems to care about Bonds and steroids - certainly not Bud Selig who sold out long ago.

I am a filipina and a teacher for Koreans, my students told me that they are afraid that other people from other nations might think that they are all like Cho, (the gunman in VT massacre) and they are all afraid to go to the US anymore because they think that they will be the one to blame knowing that they are also Koreans, do you think that's right? I looked on my bank statement and it shows that I was charged for the order that was canceled from Urban Outfitters (I placed the order on the 11th) and so I wrote to Urban Outfitters saying that I was charged and they said its only the authorization process, does it really take 7 days for it to authorize a canceled order? What should I do? I was charged $18 for something I never received. Should I wait a little longer or should I try to contact them again?

Was killing one's children a custom?
Somewhere in the past I read in Moses' time it was a cultural practice to kill children. Can anyone verify this? I have read it was a custom (probably religious) in some cultures to do this...vaguely recall it was certain American Indians....any historians listening

Evidence??

I like John 3:5...you must be born again! Water and Spirit....meaning baptism and a whole new person, (changed spirit) is the way in to heaven.

On the other hand, I also think that men try to kkep people OUT of Heaven...G-d tries to get people IN. Probably easier than I think.


Thoughts?? Only those backed up with scripture will be considered for 10 points.

I am trying to reenlist into the Navy from the Army Reserves. I took my MEPS physical and I have two disqualifying issues. My cholesterol is a bit high and I have hardware in my neck from when I broke it two yrs ago.
This reenlistment is important to me and I want the waivers to be approved. Does anyone have any insight about the Navy BUMED waiver folks and whether or not I have a decent chance at getting them approved?
