I looked on my bank statement and it shows that I was charged for the order that was canceled from Urban Outfitters (I placed the order on the 11th) and so I wrote to Urban Outfitters saying that I was charged and they said its only the authorization process, does it really take 7 days for it to authorize a canceled order? What should I do? I was charged $18 for something I never received. Should I wait a little longer or should I try to contact them again?

wait the 7 days if thats what they said. it doesnt take that long, but if the guy in the urban office who processes those things is out sick on one day, and then there's a weekend, and then the bank takes a day to process the change... you get my point. but if its not gone on time, get in their face about it. ask for a manager - dont deal with call center reps.

First how long has it been because of the fact the order develop into canceled? because of the fact it many times takes 4-7 employer days for merhants to refund your money. If has been greater advantageous than that then call the corporate you located your order with. in the event that they say to offer it a pair greater days, then do this. yet whether after those days bypass by and your money isn't lower back on your card then call your monetary company and record a dispute. That way your monetary company will attempt to rigidity the provider provider to offer you your money lower back. Now to record a dispute can take a pair weeks so which you're able to desire to attend and notice.

it usually takes 7-10 days for them to go thru the billing cancellation process...if the charge hasn`t been taken off within the 7 days that they indicated to u, i would most certainly give urban outfitters a call!!!

Wait longer if you already called them, or call again if you get a reminder letter. Of course you shouldnt pay for something you didnt get.
