A teacher has a glass jar with a tight fitting lid. She unscrews the lid, puts serveral lumps of ice into the jar and then seals the lid tightly. After a short time, water droplets form on the outside of the jar. She asks the class to explain how the water comes to be there. Several pupils say that it comes from the ice.

I am not a huge fan of guns that have a lot of "kick". But I need a ccw for my job, and i find the Glock 19 loaded with 147 gr hollowtips perfect. However, counless people have told me that a 9mm even with hollowpoints is not an adequate "man stopper" and I should switch to the .40, .357, or .45. Others have told me if you should shoot the gun you are more comfortable with and that shot placement is key and that caliber doesn't mean sh*t. My follow up shots on the .40 are real slow and i am not nearly as accurate with it as i am with the 9 mil. Is it better to shoot the gun you are more accurate with and can fire off real fast follow up shots? Or do I go with the larger gun just to put a bigger hole in a the guy? Is a 9mm enough and does a .40 offer me a "one shot stop"? thanks a lot.

Part 1: Rev. 1:12-18 within your NWT describes John seeing One like the Son of Man. In part, it reads: 17 And when I saw him, I fell as dead at his feet. I am living forever and ever, and I have the keys of death and of Ha´des."

It seems obvious this is Jesus speaking. Agree or disagree?

Part 2: Isaiah 44:6 within your NWT reads:

6 “This is what JEHOVAH has said, the King of Israel and the Repurchaser of him, Jehovah of armies, ‘I am the first and I am the last, and besides me there is no God."

So you can see that Jesus called Himself "the first and the last," despite the fact that Jehovah also called Himself "the first and the last."

It's not possible to have TWO firsts and TWO lasts, is it? So when comparing these passages, why do you deny Jesus ever called Himself God?

we'd been dating for 3wks(known ea other for 1month) when I started to loose all attraction for him... I was going to break up with him anyway, then I cheated on him. I have broken up with him, but people are saying things now. Should I meet with him and tell him the truth? (me cheating increased the reason for me breaking up with him. On here it seems that christians dont really want to explain about god. a few christians do want to explain things but some just like to call people small minded and not discuss. Surely when somebody questions god it is a christians teach about him. jesus never called anybody small minded.

My cat fetches. I have a little stuffed mouse with a rattle in it which I throw down my long hallway. He will fetch it, and bring it back and drop it at my feet. He will do this about 10 times, then plops down for a rest.
