we'd been dating for 3wks(known ea other for 1month) when I started to loose all attraction for him... I was going to break up with him anyway, then I cheated on him. I have broken up with him, but people are saying things now. Should I meet with him and tell him the truth? (me cheating increased the reason for me breaking up with him. I did NOT break up with him for this other guy!) Please give advice!

You don't owe him or anyone else reasons why what happened did. It's not like you had a long relationship or were married or anything really serious. Move on, don't be concerned.

no. Its in the past. Your relationship didnt work out because you moved too fast. Just leave it in the past. Let an ex stay an ex.

There's more going on than you're letting us on. Is it people now saying he dumped you? That's why you have to show you've been one up all along? You're just putting yourself in a fix where if you were a computer, you've hung. Just move on with your life.

Don't bother telling him. It would only hurt him more and there's no reason for that. You aren't together now, it's all in the past, and he doesn't need to know.

Well i think you should because he's probally like "what did i do wrong did i smell?!?" probally no the i smell but something like that. And don't beat him down if you tell him and be gentle. Good Luck!
