Well, if you consider ALL of the sciences, you would be confronted with an enormous amount of knowledge. That is why the sciences are divided. Any one of he division would be considered a body of knowledge because all of the research, experimentation and theories concerning that branch of science are included. After all, science is an organised approach to answering question and explaining natural occurrences. The answers and explanations are knowledge.
