hello
i am 5'3" and weight 120 pounds.
i have never weighed this much in my life.
i know my weight is in the healthy range for my age (14) and height. but, i would really like to get back down to like 108 by august. Do you have a diet or exersize plan i could do? i am up for anything. i have a tredmil and a weight machine, so i can do stuff on that.
I started today by eating a banana for breakfast, salad for lunch, and i'm not going to eat any snacks and i'll just wait for dinner and have whatever my mom makes lol cause she cooks healthy food. i'm planning on doing that every day unless you have some other good ideas!
is this good? how much weight do you think i can lose by august?
oh, and, i cut out soda and carbonated drinks because those drinks make your stomach bigger.
