i am 5'3" and weight 120 pounds.
i have never weighed this much in my life.
i know my weight is in the healthy range for my age (14) and height. but, i would really like to get back down to like 108 by august. Do you have a diet or exersize plan i could do? i am up for anything. i have a tredmil and a weight machine, so i can do stuff on that.
I started today by eating a banana for breakfast, salad for lunch, and i'm not going to eat any snacks and i'll just wait for dinner and have whatever my mom makes lol cause she cooks healthy food. i'm planning on doing that every day unless you have some other good ideas!
is this good? how much weight do you think i can lose by august?
oh, and, i cut out soda and carbonated drinks because those drinks make your stomach bigger.

im sorry to say this - but you are growing!!!!! women dont weight as little as girls do!!!!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Let me start off by sayintg that at your young age and weight there is no need for you to be worrying about dieting. I would be more concerned about how you really feel about myself deep within. What is the real reason behind the need to lose this weight. I strongly suggest you think before you go on a deit that might hurt you instead of help you. Good luck what ever you choose.

Hi me too I was over weight when I was 14. The thing that really helped was 18in4. This is a diet (it will not make you starve) and it will make you lose 20 pounds in 4 days!!!!! I know IMPOSSIBLE, But it will WORK. So just go to www.slimin4.com and it is only 27 dollars.

Don't go on a diet! All you have to do is simply this:

[x] run/jog around the block
[x] eat more veggies and fruits
[x] control your portions

Since you're still young, going on a diet can ruin your health and have serious damages to your body, such as muscle-loss, anorexia, fatigue, etc.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

well first running. Running and sweating (though discuting to you) actually burns fat. Next is physical exercise. It's great for burning weight and putting it in great use by building hard rock muscle. Well good luck and i hope you reach your goal!!!
