I've answered this type of question before.
Depends on what. In general, no. Girls are not better than guys. But guys aren't better than girls either.

Peeing standing up: Guys are better
Giving birth: Girls are better
Driving: Hmm, toss up. I've seen some crappy drivers on both sides.

Neither is the man without the woman nor the woman without the man in the Lord. God made a help meet for man that they twain should be one flesh. It was always the plan that the two, though different, should be partners in life. They compliment each other. Neither can do as well alone as the can do together. Procreation requires both, they cannot reproduce alone.
Thus, your answer depends upon how you define "better". I would not attempt to do some of the things my wife does, nor would she attempt to do some of the things I do. So neither one nor the other is better in the all around aspect. A narrow minded approach may find one better than the other in one aspect or another, and that is as it should be. However, in the long run, they are equal, or at least they should be considered as such.

obviously a girl aked this question! men would not have to ask this question...we already know! every answer you get will be chauvinistic, but the truth still lies in the fact that god was man!!! he asked Adam, "what else do you need on earth?" Adam replied "someone to take care of me...in every way, cause i am man!" god said, "OK, but it'll cost you a arm and a leg!" to which Adam sighed and replied, "what can i get for a rib?" lolololololololololol!!!!!!
