I went to the Doctor today for my first sono. This is my 4th pregnancy. I had a miscarriage last year. I was doing research online to see the results of your placenta being low in your uterus. I went through this with my 2nd child but it was at the end and it was safe for her to come out. Now that im only 7 weeks pregnant im very nervous. The sonographer told me to be careful but im a Nurses Aide...that job isnt easy! I was told by a few ppl that my Dr should have put me on bedrest for a little while but i needed some more input from other ppl that has been through this. Please help me!

Today is my daughter's 18th birthday......

I'm so glad that this is my last child support payment. Month after
month, year after year, those payments!

I called my baby girl to come over to my house, and when she got there,
I said to her, "Baby girl, I want you to take this last check over to
your Mama's house; you tell her that this is the last check she's ever
going to get from me, then I want you to come back here and tell me the
expression she had on her face."

So my baby girl took the check over to her mother. I was so anxious to
hear what the witch had to say and what she looked like. As my baby
girl walked through the door, I said, "Well now .... what did she have
to say?" "She told me to tell you that you ain't my Daddy.

ok so the day after Christmas I come home and my mom tells me she's moving out. Merry Christmas me!:( anyway...it really tore me apart.My parents had been married for 19 years. I had to move out of my nice neighborhood that i loved into two new houses that are ok but it just doesn't feel like home. i feel like i have just been ripped apart or something. I hear my parents say bad things about eachother and it just hurts. Things are getting better but some nights i just cry myself to sleep. I am afraid to talk about it with friends and people that I trust anymore because i think they are getting tired of it! help me! how do i cope with this!?

I studied every religion before deciding and my least favorite (other than Islam) was Hinduism. Their belief in kharma and reincarnation has had horrible consequences on their people. They believe you are born into your position in society based on kharma from your past life. If you were a murderer you will be reincarnated as a dhalit or untouchable but if you were a good person you will be a brahman or another favored class in their caste system. They have no pity on the poor, sick or disabled because they assume that you deserve and are being punished for something.
You don't believe me? Read some books about Hinduism written by Hindus.
Are hindu beliefs like reincarnation and kharma possible to save or will they just lead to the caste system and other inequalities we see now?

it would certainly seem so. even the happily married have secrets....

thats why i see marraige as a social contract. you owe it to society to stay together (granted its not violent or anything like that.), get along and raise well adjusted kids. after that, or if you have no children, why even get married?
