i've seen that,but not around where i live,,another state.thought it was to let buyers know where to get their drugs.i'm not up to date on theses things!and nope,,never saw any pretty heels i liked! lol

Well here where I live it isn't a gang thing, just bigger kids picking on the young punks. I've been tempted a couple of times 'cause they looked like nice shoes hanging there.

There are shoes all over the power lines around here. I'd never climb up to get them though...I'm scared of heights! lol
