i was gonna plan on drinking 3 glasses of v8 a day and work out at the gym for atleast an hour a day. is this good? if so about how long would it take to get like 30 pounds off? longer than 4 months?

Issiah Washington an actor on the popular TV series; Grey's Anatomy, made offensive remakes regarding co-worked TR Knight calling him a -"f*gg*t"- he was beratted by the Gay Community,ABC-TV & the media. Issiah initially denied using the offensive term & then used it again on a TV Awards Show. He finally admitted using the word, met with Knight, the Gay Community, etc &apologize and then agree to go to REHAB at aprivate treatment center when he was facing termination from the TV show. He went, was cured of "whatever" and went back to work. Imus admitted is error, went to Rev Sharption and the Rugters team to apologize and agreed to a2 week suspension with out the deial and drama done by Issiah. And then Imus was fired by MSNBC, NBC & CBS. Imus agreed to do the right thing while Washington fhe entire process. Imus is gone while Issiah is here. Fair & balanced? What do you think? Thanks.

As of this coming Sunday I will have officially skipped 2 periods in a row. I have been on birth control for about a year, skipped one pill but made it up the next morning. Then my period didn't show up, so I freaked out and took 3 pregnacy tests and all were negative. I was adviced to stop my birth contorl to let my cycle run it's course, Now as of this Sunday I will have missed yet ANOTHER period! I took another pregnancy test just 4 days ago and it was also negative. I don't feel any different...is it possible that I am pregnant?? Any advice??

She can call me, my other sisters and brothers, but we cant call her because her cellular number is restricted. She does this on purpose because she says people upset her and she cannot handle phone calls. My older sister will not even accept a call if it is restricted because she knows its her.
I put up with it, but today was the last straw. Should I just cut her off and change my number?

i have a 20 gal aquarium that i just upgraded from a 10 gal i did that 3 days ago. i have 8 assorted african cichlids in the tank. tonight i noticed that one of them has a very fat stomache. from my experience i think it is bloat. but only one of them is showing signs at all. i believe it is because i put all the salt in the tank at once. or could be stress from changing tanks. but i am wondering if it could go away on its own, or if i should take him out and treat him?

My AGI = 236K, and taxable income = 137.6K. My total fed tax = 47.4K, which is 34.5% of my Taxable income. My Schedule A is 86K, with nearly all of that being state taxes paid in 2006 for a big capital gain I realized in 2005.
It seems like I am paying way too much tax, but is it because of the deduction of state tax payment?
