I have a big light to hang and the mounting plate in the light has 2 holes for 2 #8 32 screws that mach the holes in the electric box ( located in the ceiling). I would like to know if the two (#8 32)threaded holes in the j box would hold a 80 pound light?

Their argument that they are merely asking the saints to intercede for them as they would ask a friend or family member doesn't hold up, because you don't ask your friends or family by clasping your hands and bowing down before a picture or statue of them. When you ask a friend, you're not implying that their holiness caused God to answer your prayer, since that is base on the unbiblical concept of salvation by works rather than grace. Maybe Catholicism has a different definition of worship, but just because you arbitrarily change the definition doesn't make it true. If it wasn't worship, why would they be turning statues into sacred objects.

Now that Imus career is over...
what is next for him? I think most likely he will join the Satellite radio guys. He already has loyal fans and listeners and if he gets only 1/4 the radio deal that Howard Stern got, then we will do just fine. Oh and he won't have to worry about what he says or sponsors pulling their plugs since its subscription based.

...so do u think he will go this route? If so...

i have an equation for which i have to find the critical points (where it changes from increaeing to decreasing). for this i need to find when yprime = 0. i end up with the equation
0= -3(x^2 - 4x +5). this cannot be factored and the quadratic formula gives me an imaginary number. how do i find the critical point?

I've learned the hard way that I need to show myself respect and be straight up with employers and interviews. Before an interview I spend hours preparing for it, the least they could do would be spend 5 minutes reading my cover letter and resume. If I walk into an interview and they haven't read my cover letter/resume yet I'm going to say "You haven't read (those) yet? I'm sorry but I spent hours preparing for this, the least you could do was spend 5 minutes; this shows me a lack of respect."

Next are the interviewer where they ONLY ask questions like "Tell me a time when..." I'm going to stop them and say "Well first can I ask, are all the questions going to be like that because I'm not comfortable with those types of interviews. If you don't want to get to know me personally please let me know now so I don't waste my time" (and having to keep BS'ing them).

Now don't assume I don't already know that most interviews are like that and they won't hire me it's about my self respect
