I was wondering if anyone could recommend a product that will help keep the air in the tire.

That green slime stuff works pretty good. However, all products for this are designed for temporary use until you can get it fixed.

But honestly.. just get the tire fixed! It will be cheaper than filling it up with goo and having to deal with it all the time. Because it will go flat again until you get the hole patched!

Sounds like typical case of a bent rim. You may have to take the tire off and sand or grind the rim seal points smoother to get a good seal. Put it in a water test tank to see where it is leaking.

If it is a two piece wheel there is an o ring in the center. It could be leaking there. A new o ring can be installed without taking the tire of the wheel.

Remove the valve stem and install an innertube.

You need to find out why and fix it right, instead of doing a temp fix.
