a picture that is 18cm by 24cm ,how do you enlarge it by 30%. i have problems with all the picture problems like this. please tell me how you the enlarge and reducing a picture by a percent

Many argue that the gov't should not fund stem cell research, that enough money comes from the private sector to fund this. Given that the private sector also funds GW research (either oil companies or environmental agencies) is this a good reason why govt SHOULD fund this research? That way the special interests are lessened? (govt is required to have balance...companies are not)

During this time of evil and non believers we need a leader to emerge and guide us through the coming dark ages and into the light out of the face of the ignorant. This is where i come in...allow me to further explain......As i open the eyes to all non christians for i have all the quality's needed, extreme intelligence and wisdom, i am a man of peace and do not believe in violence. I have a great look (not just attractive) but the look of a trust worthy leader especially to woman. I would also make a truly great general during the final battle and wars against the evil non believing . during the wars i would make several strategic war changing manuveurs that would make me more valuable than jesus but i would give the credit to jesus (another quality of mine is loyalty) for i have a special relationship with him (he's like a little brother). Please my children think hard and deep....will you follow me?

We invaded Iraq on what was basicly a theory that they had WMD's. There is much more evidence that gobal warming is real than that Iraq had WMD's, so why do republicans fight global warming so much. I understand why many republican politicians do b/c they have oil ties finacialy, but why do so many republican voters get so mad about it.

I'm very insecure about my collar bones because I think that they look unhealthy. My body is pear-shaped and my upper body is pretty thin. My mom says that my collar bones look normal, but I'm obsessed with covering them up and I won't wear certain clothes because of this. How can I get over this? Are very prominent collar bones unattractive to guys?
(By the way, I'm not unhealthy.)

I recently bought a 97 honda accord with 120,XXX miles on it. The dealer got the car from an auction and has none of the services or maintenance history so I don't know what recall service has been done. Do dealers update a national database by VIN detailing what recall service has already been performed on a car? I'd like to have a record of this and also get any recall service that has yet to be performed.

I have not had my period in about to be 3 months. I have history of being irregular in the past but I have been regular for awhole year. I stopped getting my period when one incident i didnt use protection. But Ive done two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. Could I be pregnant without even knowing or is it normal to skipp your period for so long.

I have a number of works (songs) i need to copyright protect before making available to all. I have done some research and found a few online copyright services such as: http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/
my main concern is the fact that anybody can create a website like this and i suppose i don't feel totally safe paying £35 to send somebody my work without a recommendation...
Does anybody know of a proven / decent copyright service i can use which is affordable?

Some would say, "well the inerrant word of God."

But seems to me the "word of God' can be interpreted any which way. In 1840s America, the Southern Baptist Convention was created out of support for slavery. Prior to the modern era, many conservative preachers opposed equal rights for women because they said it was "anti-Biblical." The christian conservative Bob Jones University had anti-interracial dating rules up to the year 2000. They, along with many christians of the past, interpreted the Bible into opposing interracial marriage.

So lots of people in the past have used the Bible to support their bigot beliefs. People today are doing the same thing with gays and gay marriage. They are absolutely sure the Bible is against it, just like the Southern Baptist Church was absolutely sure the Bible condoned slavery.
